ALEXANDER KIBBLE
About
Growing up in Cape Town, Alexander’s passion for photography grew capturing the natural world surrounding him. From the great mountains carved into the city skyline to the cold ocean crashing against soft sand. It was a perfect playground of shifting light and endless perspective, where he developed his eye for composition, light and shadow.
His move to Berlin offered new scenes to explore and pushed him to develop fresh techniques and skills. A growing love for architecture introduced a new visual language: clean lines, constructed environments, and the dialogue between space and subject. Today, Alex’s work sits at the intersection of natural and man-made worlds.
On set, he radiates a kind of monk-level chill that’s borderline suspicious. Fourteen hours in? He’s still smiling, still nailing the shot, and somehow still making it all look easy. With a deep respect for light, place, and the people he photographs, Alex’s work is calm, composed, and quietly cinematic.
